Windows RT is a Windows version that supports only Start apps, being designed for mobile devices, such as Microsoft Surface. As a result, none of our products work with Windows RT.
Outlook Express and Windows Mail are not designed to support addins, so all our Outlook addins are designed to work only with Microsoft Office Outlook (2003 or newer).
Outlook Express (or Windows Mail, in newer Windows versions) is usually pre-installed on Windows machines, while Microsoft Outlook is installed as part of the Microsoft Office package. Both applications are designed to send/receive emails, but Microsoft Outlook features far more tools.
Once installed, the Outlook add-in features will be available from the Outlook main window – so please start Microsoft Outlook to access the addin.
No. Unfortunately our Outlook addins are only designed to work with the Windows version of Microsoft Office.
It is recommended to use the addins in conjunction with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 (x32 and x64). Earlier Outlook versions are also supported, but some features may not be available.
This error is usually triggered if you installed Comodo Internet Security. To fix this issue, you just have to define Bells&Whistles as a “trusted application”. You can find out how to do this by following this link:

Unless you are using an anti-virus program set to a severe protection level (which is likely to cause all sorts of issues with any Outlook addin), there is no known conflict with third party Outlook addins.
This error can be triggered if your system is unable to extract the setup files from the downloaded setup executable file. To fix it, please open the downloaded exe file using a file archiving utility (like 7Zip), extract the files from it and run the MSI installer.
Please make sure you are not using Microsoft Word as the email editor for Outlook messages. To switch to the Outlook internal email editor, please go to your Outlook Options menu -> Mail Settings -> uncheck the option to use MS Word as the email editor.
